Your Squeakpad is printed in 2–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery within the United States typically takes another 3–7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Busy seasons, severe weather, and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. It can take a short time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@roofusventures.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help before printing begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

If tracking says delivered but your package is missing, check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help with next steps.
